Disclaimer

A.R.D. Performance Products makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to whether goods it sells will protect the ultimate user of such goods from injury or death.  The purchaser or ultimate user accepts that risk.  A.R.D. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising out of the use of any such products, parts, supplies, or materials sold by  A.R.D.

Damage Claims

The customer should inspect their package immediately upon receiving it and report any damage to the delivery driver for a report to be filed.  If there is a damage claim, the customer must save the original box, packaging material, and all damaged merchandise for inspection, or the carrier will not honor the claim.  If you have a claim, you must notify A.R.D. within five days of receiving your order.  After five days, A.R.D. will not be responsible for damage claims.

Warranty Returns

Items that are covered by a manufacturers warranty may be returned to A.R.D. Performance Products.  However, if the item has been used, the manufacturer, NOT  A.R.D., will be responsible for handling the warranty details.

Returns

ALL returns subject to a 10% re-stocking fee!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new and unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days after you receive them.  All items must be in original factory condition and repackaged in the original factory container.  Pack the item in a sturdy box and include a copy of your invoice.  Return the item prepaid.  A.R.D. will not accept  C.O.D. deliveries.  Absolutely no returns on special order merchandise.

Every effort has been made to insure accurate information in this catalog.  However, inadvertent errors or omissions may occur.   A.R.D. will not be responsible for such.
